Little Egret

Not so long ago you would need to travel to Europe to see this ornate species - however now and certainly in East Anglia it is now a common sight in many of the fields and dykes. We have adult birds coming into our Pond hide year round to grab an easy meal and during the summer we look for suitable nest sites for photography to offer a more intimate view of them bringing up their young.
